There is a standard 30-day wait period for benefits when joining the Keyhole team, with coverage always beginning on the first of the month. Keyhole Software contributes toward your monthly premiums.

Primary Benefits

• Medical coverage through United Healthcare. There are two medical coverage plans to choose from, one traditional plan and a high-deductible plan with HSA (and Keyhole contribution).

• Dental insurance through UHC Dental.

• Vision insurance through, administered by UHC Vision.

• Retirement services through Empower: pre-tax salary deferral or a Roth 401(k) deferral with discretionary match.

• Flexible Spending Account & Dependent Care FSA Account for using pre-tax dollars for qualified medical and childcare expenses.

Group Benefits

Paid entirely by Keyhole as part of our group benefits:

• • Basic term life insurance coverage of $50,000 through Unum. 

  • Long-term disability insurance through Unum.

Supplemental Coverage Options

• Supplemental insurance through Aflac, including short-term disability, hospital coverage, cancer coverage, and accident coverage.
