Primary Responsibilities
Manage Sales Territory
Take ownership of and effectively manage a sales territory, strategically identifying opportunities and closing new business for growth and expansion.
Lead Generation
Proactively generate leads through targeted prospecting and outreach efforts, leveraging industry insights and market knowledge to differentiate Keyhole Software from its competition and secure pre-sales and sales meetings.
Present Keyhole Software Services
Articulate and present Keyhole Software services clearly and persuasively, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs and how our solutions address them throughout the entire sales process.
Provide Clients/Prospects with Keyhole Software Solutions
Provide clients and prospects with tailored Keyhole Software solutions, aligning our offerings with their specific challenges and objectives. Delve into clients' evolving needs to recommend comprehensive Keyhole Software solutions, fostering initial engagements and identifying strategic upselling opportunities.
Place Consultants
Close business to facilitate the placement of skilled consultants by matching their expertise with client requirements, ensuring a seamless fit for successful project outcomes. This includes overseeing negotiations, finalizing agreements, and shepherding comprehensive solutions that solidify long-term partnerships throughout the duration of the contract.
Draft Contracts
Prepare and draft contracts that accurately reflect the scope of services, terms, and conditions, establishing clear expectations for both Keyhole Software and clients.
Develop Business Partner Relationships
Cultivate and nurture business partner relationships, fostering collaborative partnerships that contribute to Keyhole Software's growth and success. After successfully closing business deals, proactively manage client relationships to cultivate long-term partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project duration and beyond, ensuring clients continue to benefit from Keyhole's services and identifying avenues for account growth. By consistently delivering value and maintaining open lines of communication with various parties, contribute to expanding client accounts and overall business success.
Assist in Modifying Keyhole Software Services and Materials
Collaborate with internal teams to assist in modifying Keyhole Software services and materials, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with client needs and market changes.
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum qualifications:
Experience:
5-10+ years of Business- to Business (B2B) sales experience with a proven background of success (technology-related field preferred).
Education:
Possessing a professional Bachelor's or Master's degree or demonstrate equivalent experience.
Self-Motivated Territory Management:
Proven ability to self-motivate and manage a territory effectively, demonstrating initiative and achieving success without the need for constant micromanagement.
Communication and Negotiation
Strong negotiating and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Interpersonal Skills
Ability to build rapport with a wide variety of people (software developers, managers, directors, c-level, etc.), and develop a pipeline of prospective clients with whom you have a relationship and can close business.
Team Orientation
Must be team-oriented, showcasing a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience and capabilities, with a span ranging $80,000-$120,000 for the first year, followed by a structured sliding base salary weighted toward commissions once the sales pipeline has been established.
